"Whats CrystalBrook?"

Its a city that has 200 residents it was once a town but because of advancements it natually evolved to a city.

It is also very flashy, not to the point of preventing sleep, but could definitely be an inconvenience for driving. It may or may not have a big "leader" or something but with how bright the future's goin who need em am i right?
